Your password is handled directly by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your password in plain text. Contact and Delivery Information

When you place an order, we collect the full name, phone number, delivery address, and city you provide at checkout, along with any optional order notes you add, so that we can fulfill and deliver your order.

Order and Purchase Information

We keep a record of the products, colors, fabric lengths, quantities, and prices in each order you place, so we can process it and assist you with any questions afterward.

Website Usage Information

Like most websites, our servers and hosting/analytics infrastructure may automatically log general technical information, such as the pages you visit and basic browser/device information, to help us operate and secure the website.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

If you create an account and sign in, we use a secure session cookie (set by our authentication provider, Supabase) to keep you signed in as you browse. If you shop as a guest without an account, your cart and wishlist are stored locally in your own browser (using browser local storage, not a cookie) and are not sent to our servers until you either sign in — at which point a guest wishlist is saved to your account — or place an order.

• Order processing — to confirm, prepare, and deliver the products you order, and to contact you if there's a question about your order.
• Customer support — to respond to your questions or requests, including through WhatsApp or email where available.
• Authentication — to let you securely create an account, sign in, and keep a personal wishlist tied to that account.
• Operating and improving our website — to keep the site running reliably and to understand, in general terms, how it's used.

3. Signing In With Google or Facebook

In addition to email and password, our website allows you to sign in using a third-party account, such as Google or Facebook. If you choose this option, you are authenticating through that provider, and they will share certain basic profile information (such as your name and email address) with us, based on the permissions you grant during sign-in. We do not receive your password for that third-party account. Your use of Google or Facebook to sign in is also governed by that provider's own privacy policy and terms, which we encourage you to review.

4. Authentication and Session Handling (Supabase)

We use Supabase, a third-party authentication and database provider, to manage customer accounts, sign-in, and sessions. When you sign in, Supabase issues a secure session — stored as a cookie in your browser — that our website reads to recognize you as signed in on later visits, and that keeps your account (including your saved wishlist) private to you. Supabase also enforces database-level access rules so that one customer's account data cannot be read or changed by another customer.

5. Payment Information

At this time, ESSA JEE Collection accepts Cash on Delivery only. We do not collect, process, or store any credit card, debit card, or other online payment information through our website, because no online payment method is currently offered.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with a limited number of third-party providers only as needed to operate our website and fulfill your order:

• Supabase — our database, authentication, and file storage provider, which processes account, order, and wishlist data on our behalf.
• Google and Facebook — only if you choose to sign in using one of these providers, as described above.
• WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp link on our website, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including relying on Supabase's access-control and security infrastructure for account and order data. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
